Advise for Philippians

We hire advisors who remember this application clearly enough to be useful about it. Work is per deliverable, remote, and fitted around your own schedule, which is the only arrangement that survives clinical years.

Roles

Four ways to work with us.

MCAT content tutor. Live tutoring, paid hourly. You need a strong score and the ability to explain a passage rather than recite the answer.
Junior medical school advisor. Audits and standard mock interviews, paid per deliverable against a fixed standard.
Senior medical school advisor. The same audits plus Guardian Angel review and Cosmos, for advisors with more experience and a track record with us.
Professional advisor. Professional mock interviews. This role requires that you have actually served on an admissions committee, because that is exactly what we tell clients.

Everything is paid per deliverable except live tutoring. An hour spent on an asynchronous audit is unobservable, so it is not the unit we pay on. You will know the rate for each deliverable before you accept any work, and the standards are written down rather than implied.
